Brooks McKowen, the all-time Iowa high school career and single-season scoring leader and a three-year starter for the University of Northern Iowa, has been hired as an assistant basketball coach at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) after serving as a member of the UNI staff for the past three seasons.
